Our expert trainers not only guide your pup through essential cues like sit, down, loose lead walking, and recall, but also nurture their emotional happiness. Join us for a joyful and enriching experience that will set the stage for a lifelong strong bond and well-mannered companion. We will also be begin working towards IMDT grade 1. Tailoring our approach to your unique needs, our classes accommodate a maximum of four dogs per session. This ensures personalised guidance that aligns perfectly with your current stage of training. The foundation class takes place in an outdoor venue off Wandsworth Common
Cancellation Policy
Dog Training Class Cancellation Policy We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your participation in our dog training class. Please read and understand our cancellation policy outlined below: 1. Cancellation by Participant: - If you need to cancel your registration for the dog training class, please notify us at least 2 weeks prior to the class start date for a full refund minus an admin fee. - If you fail to provide advance notice and do not attend the class without canceling, the entire class fee will be non-refundable. 2. Rescheduling: - If you wish to reschedule your participation to a different class session, please notify us at least 2 weeks prior to the original class start date. - Rescheduling requests made within 2 weeks of the original class start date will be subject to availability . 3. Instructor Cancellation: - In the event that we need to cancel a class session due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment, participants will have the option to receive a full refund or reschedule to a future class session. 4. Refunds: - Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5 business days from the date of cancellation notification. - Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. 5. No-shows: - If you fail to attend a scheduled class session without notifying us, the class fee will be forfeited, and no refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.
