Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms: By enrolling in or using the services provided by SuperDog Trainers - Surrey ("SuperDog"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and SuperDog. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services: SuperDog offers dog training services, including but not limited to group classes, private training sessions, behaviour modification programs, and puppy training. All services are provided by qualified and experienced dog trainers.

3. Enrollment and Registration: To enroll in any SuperDog training program, you must provide accurate and complete registration information. You must also ensure that your dog is up-to-date on all vaccinations required by law and have no history of aggressive behaviour towards humans or other animals.

4. Training Programs: SuperDog will design training programs based on your dog's specific needs and goals. However, the success of the training is dependent on several factors, including your commitment to follow the trainer's instructions and consistent practice outside of training sessions.

5. Payment: Payment for SuperDog's training services is due in advance and may vary based on the program selected. We accept various payment methods, and all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a private training session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in the loss of the session without a refund. There is no refund for courses following the beginning of the course. Courses will be refunded only if canceled two weeks prior to the course start.

7. Liability: While SuperDog trainers will make every effort to ensure the safety and well-being of your dog during training sessions, you acknowledge that dog training involves inherent risks. SuperDog and its trainers shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of training services.

8. Health and Safety: You agree to ensure that your dog is in good health and free from any contagious diseases before attending any SuperDog training sessions. SuperDog reserves the right to refuse training services to any dog displaying signs of illness or aggression.

9. Confidentiality: SuperDog agrees to keep all information provided by you during the training process confidential and will not disclose it to any third parties without your consent.

10. Intellectual Property: All materials, including but not limited to training materials, handouts, and videos, provided by SuperDog during training remain the intellectual property of SuperDog and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

11. Termination of Services: SuperDog reserves the right to terminate training services if a client or their dog displays inappropriate or aggressive behaviour towards SuperDog staff or other clients. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

12. Modification of Terms: SuperDog may update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK, and any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK. By using SuperDog's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
